2Paths won a proposal to create an inventory control and reporting application for Forbes’ Nutraceutical division. Key drivers for the development of the inventory control application included Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, as well as establishing work-flow redundancy and scalability to accommodate the human resource rhythms of the business (vacations, sick leaves, etc.).

2Paths created a secure, web-accessible application that permits data entry, editing, and deletion for all inventory information, including the ability to search and sort by vendor, and various other keys. The daily data entry is standardized in a web entry form. The status of shipments is updated as the material moves from one state to another. Report functionality (inventory by vendor, sample distribution reports, summaries for accounting, aging, etc), is a key component of the application. All information is exportable for necessary business analysis needs.
