The 2Paths Agile Development 'Pain Relief' Process
At 2Paths, we pride ourselves in being able to listen to and understand our Client's business oriented pain, and then build a 'Cure' for that pain. Understanding how 2Paths develops software solutions helps our Clients to anticipate how they will participate in the process, and what deliverables they can expect.
We are sensitive to the fact that a business requirement can change before the ink has even dried on a requirements document. The purpose of the 2Paths development process is to respond to our clients' changing business needs in a rapid and flexible manner, and to maximize the business value of those changes, by frequently deploying new versions of the system.
Our process is risk and client driven, iterative and continuously improved. It incorporates many best practices in software development, including Timeboxing, Adaptive Planning, Incremental Delivery, Continuous Integration and Automated Testing.
