We are fully aware that the value we provide to our clients resides in the hearts and minds of our team and we are committed to ensuring that 2Paths is a place people want to come to every day.
We constantly assess our work environment, our people practices, our learning opportunities and our total compensation package to ensure our team has what it needs to be successful both professionally and personally. We also meet quarterly to validate whether we’ve been practicing our core values, share business results and goals, and discuss whatever needs to be dealt with (whether it’s a minor office issue or the (rare) elephant in the room). We also work hard to make sure our development team is able to stay focused and productive by removing obstacles as quickly as possible.
Our Office
2Paths is located just outside of Granville Island in Vancouver, British Columbia, making it great for commuting on foot, by bike, aquabus or transit. Our office is an open environment with fresh air, lots of light, a gourmet kitchen with healthy snacks and our beloved Synesso espresso maker. Our developers enjoy Mac laptops, and comfy Aeron chairs, flexible work hours and basically no overtime (we give time off on the rare occasions when overtime is required).

2Paths ensures that we remain competitive in terms of our compensation by conducting a total rewards review at least once a year. We have a performance-based bonus program and opportunity for profit-sharing. We also offer comprehensive subsidized group insurance benefits including medical, dental, vision and long term disability.
In addition to vacation and personal days, we offer additional unpaid time off for those special trips.
