Our Hiring Process
Whether we are hiring a full-time team member or a contractor, we are interested in:
-developing relationships, and
-finding people who are great at what they do, fit with our team, and are committed to professional development.

We start by actually reading your resume and responding to your email.  Even if there isn’t an opening or a match of skills/experience, we make note of your application and keep it on file in case things come up later.
If your resume matches a current or anticipated opening, we’ll start with a short phone interview to confirm interest, fit and to get to know you a bit better.  If that goes well, we’ll bring you in to meet some of the team and check out your technical chops.  Next we’ll ask you to participate in a hands-on technical test.  If you pass that with flying colors, we’ll have you meet the rest of the team, and ask for references.  And if there is a general thumbs up, well, welcome to 2Paths!
*For contractors or freelancers, we may shorten the hiring process, depending on the project start date and length of the contract.
