Working with 2Paths
The nature of our business means our projects can vary widely in terms of timing, technology and talent. With this in mind, we’ve carefully cultivated a core development team made up of curious, smart, and adaptable people who can take on a variety of roles, tools and technologies. However, some projects come along that require specialized skills or more work than our core team can handle, and that’s when we need to call upon the assistance of talented technical folk who prefer to work freelance or are interested in project specific contracts.
Is 2Paths a fit for you?
The interview process is kind of like dating; everyone usually looks and sounds their best, and tells each other all the great things they want to hear. Unfortunately, this means that often reality in a new workplace is less than 50% of what you expected. Before we even start the “dating” process, we’d like to share a few important pieces of information that will help you to decide if we are compatible.
First, our company values are:
