EIBC
Problem: Excellerated Income Benefits Company (EIBC) is a benefits company that allows employees to borrow funds towards their new home purchase against the value of their future income. With the backing of a major financial institution, EIBC was in the startup phase and needed to ramp up. They required an identity to communicate their financial offering in an effective manner and a website to explain the process and the potential benefits to the public. The website had to provide a way for employers to sign up and employees to apply for the benefit. Anticipating high profile partnerships they also needed a way to handle the volume of benefit applications and their ongoing administration.
Solution: 2Paths worked with EIBC to create the identity, and establish the content and workflow of the website. The website applications included trial accounts, an approval process for Employers and EIBC staff for employee applications, the potential for integration with third party loan institutions, and secure access to the relevant areas of the website (ie. Employers, employees, administrators). The high level of auditing required for a financial system meant that we provided vigorous auditing of all modifications to the data. EIBC is in the process of securing further financial partners and will be launching their website shortly.
