Lorill Crees | Agile Software Developer and Certified ScrumMaster
Lorill has her Diploma in Technology with Honours in Multimedia Software Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She has been developing software since 2002, previously working as a Team Lead for ZE PowerGroup for one and half years, and has now been at 2Paths for 4 years. She brings with her Java Development, Database Management, and Team Leading skills. Lorill has been living and breathing agile development for years, and has completed certification as ScrumMaster. She’s affectionately known as our ScrumMistress around the office.
Omar Khan | Technical Architect
Omar is a technical architect at 2Paths and is tasked to design the best possible solution for a given project while overseeing the development of the solution. He received his Bachelors in computer science from Simon Fraser University. He has worked with several of the top consulting companies in North America and has had the opportunity to lead large projects for companies such as HSBC, Nintendo, Nike, Electronic Arts and BMW Canada. He possesses a passion for designing highly scalable systems and has experience in a wide variety of technologies and platforms.
Aaron Gladders | Chief Executive Officer
CEO and Founder, Mr. Gladders, is responsible for the overall strategic direction of 2Paths. Passionate about technology since his childhood, Mr. Gladders received his Bachelors of Science and continued to his Masters of Science from the University of British Columbia. He completed his research on the predation success of mountain lions (cougar) in relation to their habitat, utilizing leading-edge technologies to strengthen his research beyond the standard at the time. At 2Paths he continues this foundation, utilizing his passion to provide value and continual improvements to 2Paths clients. Mr. Gladders plays a hand in all aspects of the company from leadership, technical direction and finance to making coffee and cleaning up.

Gary Meehan | Operations Manager
Mr. Meehan joined 2Paths in 2008. He has decades of operations and general management experience having served in senior management capacities with tech firms Onvia Canada, Genesis Exchange, SoftSearch Inc as well as Doppler Computer Superstores. Mr. Meehan received an MBA from Simon Fraser University. Gary has had professional affiliations with BCTIA, Vancouver Enterprise Forum and Vancouver Board of Trade.
